Paros combines natural beauty, beaches with crystal clear waters, Byzantine footpaths connecting traditional villages and breathtaking landscapes. The island is located at the heart of the Cyclades and is one of the most loved destinations in Greece. Paros offers its guests a cozy cosmopolitan environment that includes walks on the beach, cushy sun-beds under the hot sun and rejuvenating dives into the clear waters of the Mediterranean sea.

While being in Paros you should visit Parikía, the capital the island. Parikia is a beautiful Cycladic village with whitewashed cubic houses and impressive neoclassical mansions. If you love a breathtaking view don’t miss the chance to visit the13th century Venetian castle, which proudly stands on a hill at the centre of the village. In the capital you can also admire the 6th century church of Panayia Ekatontapyliani. Wander through beautiful traditional villages like Naoussa, a colorful village, where the ruins of a Venetian fortress stand at the entrance to its small harbor. In the village you can find many tavernas and bars on the waterfront, as well as dozens of fine eating places in the small whitewashed alleyways. And Marpissa, a traditional village with a distinctive medieval character. Last, but not least, take a walk to Petaloudes, an area of stunning beauty near the village of Psychopiana. This place resembles a small paradise with crystal running water, tall plane trees, laurels, wild olive trees and butterflies.

In Paros there are not any exclusively gay bars or clubs, nevertheless you will find gay-friendly nightlife all over the island. Locals usually tend to enjoy nightlife in Naoussa, while tourist prefer Parikia. Places like Alga Bar, Pirate Bar, Evinos Bar and Sativa Music Bar are some of the best choices where you will party without holding back. There are only 2 gay-friendly beaches in Paros, Lageri in Ormos Naousis and Kalamia, which are very remote and are frequently used by naturists. Most of the gay men prefer to gather at the southern end of Lageri, so if you are looking for someone to have fun, keep that in mind.
